This term we have heard about Diwali, a festival of lights. We shared a story about Rama and Sita and heard how the Diva lamp helped Sita to find her way. We made Diva lamps from salt dough. We measured the ingredients, mixed them and then used our hands to shape the dough. We rolled it and pressed it to make the shape. We then sent it to be cooked. The dough went hard and so we could paint and decorate it.
