Reading books – Please bring your reading books into school every day. They will be changed once a week on a Friday.

If you have any questions regarding the curriculum your child is being taught, please contact school.

At Our Lady's we are always pleased to meet our parents, I will be available to talk to you any day before 8.45 and after school. If you would like me to ring you please leave a message at the school office.

Parents Guide to the National Curriculum

Last week, Year 5 went to Our Lady & St John's High School to take part in a science workshop. We went around three areas of sciences (biology, chemistry and physics) and took part in lots of experiments. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did the staff!

In English Year 5 retold the legend of the Sword and the Stone through drama, taking on the roles of Arthur, Sir Kay and Kay’s father.

This week, Year 5 have used their knowledge of Anglo-Saxon artefacts to create their own brooch out of clay.

School will close from Monday 23rd March 2020 for an indefinite period. Please read the important information regarding school closure under the parent section. Stay safe and as soon as we have any information we will be in touch.
