As a Catholic School, our Gospel Values permeate our lives. As our Catholic ethos underpins everything we do, we teach British Values through our daily interactions with pupils.
The fundamental British values are:
• Democracy
• The rule of law
• Individual liberty
• Tolerance and respect
SMSC stands for Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education. SMSC is embedded into our curriculum as well as through extra-curricular activities, trips, clubs and theme days. It is not a ‘standalone’ subject.
