Having good mental health is just as important as having good physical health. Many people are feeling a range of emotions in these difficult times and sometimes it’s hard to know how to support ourselves and our children. This page is full of links designed to help with supporting those close to us. If you are struggling, remember, we are always here at school to support you in any way we can.

Mental Health in School Team (MHST) - Can offer early interventions for young people that may be struggling with difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, school avoidance, exam stress and worries. Please see the link below for more information. If you feel this service would benefit your child please speak to Miss Murphy.
